Tickets, orders, and payments

When you buy tickets, merch, or anything else through the site, you're placing an order with us or the partner listed at checkout. Prices and availability can change, and a few simple rules apply:

A lot of what you'll find here, shows, restaurants, venues, and partner offers, is run by other businesses. We point you to them, but we don't control their events, hours, or policies, so details can change without notice. Always confirm with the venue before you head out.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and online, but we can't promise it's perfect or never down. The site and its content are provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, the Dallas Entertainment District isn't liable for losses from using the site or relying on third-party info.
